On-Line Event Planning & Music Request System

Access your password protected on-line event planning guide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Here you can preview and listen to music, create play and do not play lists and begin the initial planning stages of your event. You also have the opportunity to update and modify almost every aspect of your timeline. You may also view your agreement and invoices to check recent payments and transactions.

 

Your guests can also have the opportunity to be part of the fun by requesting music by using our website if you so choose. Simply select the “Song Requests” tab located in the upper right hand corner of our site and begin requesting away! Of course all requests made by your guests are contingent upon content and appropriateness.

Aesthetically Appealing Set Up / High End Audio

Our modern equipment will tastefully blend into your décor and eliminates the unappealing and bulky appearance of outdated audio and lighting production.  We utilize  Bose Professional audio for the latest in sound technology to create  comfortable, room filling sound.

 

Music plays at an appealing volume during cocktails and dinner and will energize guests while dancing.  This sound system is critically important when placed in an acoustically challenging venue, such as one with a high ceiling or poor sound dampening capabilities.  It can virtually eliminate the echo and hollow sound of a gymnasium which is infamous for poor acoustics.  Of course, back up equipment is always available and accessible during each event.

Ceremony & Reception Logistic Management & Production

If you are planning on having your ceremony in a unique setting or at your venue, let mobileMIX help!  We can provide audio for musicians, readers, vocalists, officiants and cover all your musical needs for your ceremony.  Your guests will have the opportunity to enjoy and hear every note, verse and vow.

 

We will be on-site throughout the entire ceremony to assist with details and timing and ensure a flawless ceremony.   Officiants will be provided a hands-free lapel microphone and our equipment will always be placed in an inconspicuous location so it doesn’t show up in your photos and/or videos.  We will also assist you with  musical selections for all phases of the ceremony including the prelude, processional and recessional.

Uplighting, Monograms & Specialized Lighting Options

MobileMIX Entertainment can provide custom lighting solutions to set the mood and make your occasion more picturesque. Color enhances emotions and responses.  Your guests are always aware, even subconsciously, of lighting within the room.

 

Let our professional lighting services add beauty and grandeur to your event, giving your guests another reason to compliment your sophisticated wedding tastes.  For example, you may accent your wedding color theme for a dramatic and elegant look. Monograms can also be artistically placed within a room and can be of custom design or selected from number of examples in our idea book.   On most occasions we can even supply you with a print ready copy of your image to coordinate invitations and thank you responses.

Thinking of adding a photo montage to your wedding?  Or maybe you had a destination wedding and would like to bring the guests attending your celebration back to that day.  Maybe you dreamed of dancing your first dance at the same time a slideshow tells the story of your relationship?  Or possibly you wanted to highlight parent dances with a video that brings everyone in the room closer to your family.

 

No matter what your ideas may be, those ideas can become a reality with our multimedia capabilities.  We are also able to display your work or that from outside vendors with our projection equipment.

Fully Insured, Highly Respected, Passionate and Proven

Many venues require that entertainment vendors are fully insured.  MobileMIX carries two million dollars of liability coverage that protects the interests of our clients.  Certificate of insurance will be supplied to any venue upon request and is renewed annually.
